Silber states that Sciabarra's monograph "is a crucial addition to the literature about Rand and her legacy in general, and about the history and implications of her views with regard to homosexuality in particular. I cannot recommend it highly enough. ... Give it to all your friends as Christmas presents!"  Silber then provides various excerpts from  "Chris's enormously valuable new work," including his own comments, contained in the monograph, with regard to his personal experiences in the Objectivist movement.  Silber argues that "it is Rand's ideas themselves that can guide us to untangling her own errors, and correcting them."
